Tool and manufacturing

The entire service chain, from optimisation of the stamped part to developing the optimal tool, to prototypes and 0-series to series manufacturing: All this we do in-house at Jehle. 

Our stamped articles are available in various types and forms for a wide range of purposes. Whether a small-, medium- or large series size, we support you all the way. We have the best and most cost-effective solution for any series size. In our Technology Centre for Tool-making we develop state-of-the-art follow-on cutting tools of all kinds to match customer volume requirements and service life.

We produce metal stamped parts of up to 6 mm thick with a pressing force of up to 630 tons ; depending on the material and requirements, this is accomplished by means of progressive die-, forming- or joining tools. We apply stamping technology not only to cold- and hot-rolled steel sheets, chrome-nickel steel, and non-ferrous metals, we also manufacture aluminium stamped parts.

Processing from the coil, strips or custom cut

When working from the coil, we produce batch sizes of up to 50 million parts per year. In addition to manufacturing from the coil, we also work from strips and custom cuts. This can be an interesting option for small batch sizes and large-format parts. Jehle can post-process single parts directly. This is possible with either mechanical post-processing or surface treatment – e.g., powder coating, anodising, labelling – or using joining technologies and different welding methods, rivets or press-fitting.  

We can, of course, directly integrate the completed single parts into an assembly either by mounting them manually or by using mounting machines.
