Joining technique

For premium riveting tasks, we rely on tried and tested wobble or radial riveting. Using this process, our experts can produce cold rivet joints with low tool loads and without significant structural changes in the material grain structure as well as without damage to the galvanised parts. The bore is completely filled by the rivet. This creates a form-fit connection.

During hot riveting, the rivet bolts are pressed at high temperatures. Cooling after riveting causes the rivet joint to shrink and a positive connection is created. The process is particularly suitable for force-fit hardened bearing pins.

We offer standard processes and special solutions for pressing in bolts, bushings and nuts.
