Specialities

Foaming agent injection moulding

This method can be used to compensate for large wall thickness differences. It significantly reduces component shrinkage.

Gas injection moulding

Use of this process can save on material costs and reduce the weight of the component. It is especially suitable for components with thick walls or large wall thickness differences. In contrast to foaming agent injection moulding, the material properties are unaffected.

Pressing parts from thermoset materials

We manufacture tools for injection press, transfer press and press processes. These processes are used exclusively for the processing of thermosets.

Over moulding – hybrid components

Hybrid technology, the optimum combination of metal and plastic. With innovative moulding tools we offer customised and flexible product solutions.

Two-shot injection moulding – two-component parts

For the two-component process, we manufacture injection moulding tools using a rotary index and turntable process.

Our mould making portfolio

We manufacture custom-made injection moulding tools in our state-of-the-art mould making shop. As our customer, you can choose the desired service from our wide range:
