Jehle is THE bent parts manufacturer in Switzerland. Our bent parts are usually combined with stamping. With us on your side, you’re teamed up with specialists. When it comes to producing complex and economically-viable stamped and bent parts in large-scale series as well as in all follow-up operations (e.g., finishing, mechanical post-processing, assembly),

we manufacture stamped-bent parts in a great variety of different forms and manufacturing depth. The difference is in the complexity and tolerance requirements of the bent part.

The tool with which a stamped-bent part is manufactured must have the right folds and bendings. Different material thicknesses determine the workload needed to achieve the tolerances of the final dimensions. This guarantees that the tolerances over the entire production series remain constant.

We attach great importance to developing a bending tool that keeps the costs of materials purchase down while ensuring that the tolerances are maintained. This is why we invest our collective engineering and practice knowledge into an economic, long-term solution that comes with a reliability guarantee.

Post-processing the bent parts is possible directly with Jehle: Either with mechanical post-processing or surface treatment – e.g., powder coating, anodising, labelling – or using joining technologies, different welding methods, rivets or press-fitting. 

With pressure of up to 630 tons, we manufacture metal bent parts up to 6 mm thick, (depending on the material and requirements) with progressive die-, forming- or joining tools. We not only apply stamping technology to cold- and hot-rolled steel sheets, chrome-nickel steel, and non-ferrous metals, we also manufacture aluminium-stamped parts.
