Jehle is the leading manufacturer of bent parts in Switzerland. Our bent parts are typically produced in combination with stamping. With us on your side, you are working with the specialists. We specialize in the production of complex and cost-effective stamped and bent parts for large-scale series, including all downstream operations such as finishing, mechanical post-processing, and assembly.

Stamped-bent parts can be produced in a wide variety of forms and with a high degree of vertical integration. It depends on the complexity and tolerance requirements of the bent part.

The tool used to manufacture a stamped-bent part must be designed with the appropriate folds and bends. Different material thicknesses determine the workload needed to achieve the tolerances of the final dimensions. This ensures that the tolerance values over the entire production series remain constant.

We attach great importance to the development of a bending tool that keeps materials purchase costs down while enabling the tolerances to be maintained. This is why we have invested our collective engineering and practice knowledge into the creation of a cost-efficient, long-term solution that comes with a reliability guarantee.

With Jehle as your partner, you can post-process the bent parts as well: either with mechanical post-processing or surface treatment - such as powder-coating, anodising, labelling, etc. - or by using joining technologies, including various welding methods, rivets, or press-fitting.

Using pressures of up to 630 tons, we manufacture metal bent parts up to 6 mm thick, depending on the material and requirements, employing progressive die, forming, or joining tools. We use stamping technology in conjunction with cold-rolled and hot-rolled steel sheets, nickel-chromium steel and non-ferrous metals, and we also manufacture aluminium-stamped parts.
