Stamping and forming technology – tailored to your needs.

Our core competences are stamping and forming technology. Our products and services are based on our core competence in metal stamping. We offer our clients attractive manufacturing solutions on our approximately 20,000 sq m of production floor space. Our roughly 93 million delivered products a year prove the quality and efficiency of our stamping shop.

Tailored solutions using various metals are our passion

We stamp, bend, form, emboss and draw as is required with the most efficient methods. With an extensive press park of 20 to 630 tons, our stamping shop offers you volume-aligned technology – from precise complete cutting to tricky progressive die solutions and complex transfer solutions. Integrated processes such as tapping and press-fitting components via supply stations also enable us to manufacture technically complex parts attractively priced.

Thanks to the end-to-end service chain under one roof – from engineering and tool-making to finished part – you avoid coordination problems and time delays.

The production processes ensure stable parts production with consistent quality throughout the entire cycle. Certification compliant with DIN EN ISO 9001 plus our internal quality standards ensure that our processes meet the highest requirements.

Stamped parts

With a pressing force of up to 630 tons we manufacture precise metal stamped parts up to 6 mm thick with progressive die, forming or joining technology, depending on the material and requirements. This lets you select from a wide range of metals.

Bent parts

From simple to complex bent parts – usually in combination with stamping – we can manufacture a great diversity of forms. The distinction lies in using as little material as possible while maintaining tolerances thanks to the optimal tool.

Formed parts

Reliable processes when manufacturing complex parts often require several forming steps. In such cases, we use progressive die and transfer tools. A well designed overall concept by our engineering department underlies highly productive manufacturing and top-quality products.

Drawn parts

With draw pressing (tractive-pressure forming), small to large series as well as prototypes and custom-made products can be produced – all of the very highest quality. The good thing about this method: Many metals can be formed.

Visible parts

Visible parts have special production requirements and demands on the materials used. Usually, surface finishing follows production steps. As the term ‘visible part’ implies, the produced part should be an eye-catcher for the component as a whole.
