Jehle is THE drawn parts manufacturer in Switzerland. From the coil with progressive die and transfer tools or with single tools and optional intermediate heat treatment. We manufacture your deep-drawn parts on a volume basis and comply with your requirements in the best possible production technology.

Drawn parts – whether prototype or small to large series: We can fully meet your custom criteria for deep drawing. With different forming steps and depending on the tool technology, we can produce draw heights of up to 160 mm. The technology guide values: Progressive die up to approx. 40 mm; transfer tool approx. 100 mm; single-stage tool up to 160 mm.

Drawn parts – whether prototype or small to large series: We can fully meet your custom criteria for deep drawing. With various forming steps and a progressive die tool we can manufacture parts up to 60 mm high. In single tools we can manufacture drawn parts up to a height of 120 mm.

Your advantage when working together with us: We manufacture the tools directly in our own Technology Centre for Tool and Mould Making. This means fast and uncomplicated implementation.

Thanks to high-quality deep-drawn tools, we are able to manufacture products for a wide range of requirements.

The starting point for deep drawing is always the cut or stamped sheet, referred to as a plate or blank.

Depending on the desired material properties, aluminium is suitable for manufacturing deep-drawn parts. Other materials may also be possible: these include copper, brass, and various steel alloys, such as stainless steel. Aluminium is a relatively soft material. This makes it the perfect material for deep drawing to produce various forms.

Products made by deep drawing are tough. By avoiding welding joints, the probability of rust formation is reduced, and the costs resulting from additional processes can besaved. Forming increases the strength of the drawn parts.
